Well today, I just really wanted to sleep I felt sooooo tired !! is this normal ? Im taking vitamins breakfast was banana & then toast & jam

Dinner time was ~~~>

 my favourite was heinz Spaghetti Bolognese !! of which I had 2 small tins & 2 bread rolls
followed by fresh cherrys & grapes


Tea time will be
Home grown salad, bake potato's & quiche

this will be followed by more fruit and later about 8pm when im peckish salted peanuts !!
